Autism & Neurodiversity Therapy in Calgary
Ten Psychology works with adults and teens navigating autism and neurodivergent patterns that affect daily functioning.
This work addresses how individuals process information, manage sensory input, and meet academic, workplace, and relational demands when existing systems are no longer sufficient.
Understanding Autism & Neurodiversity
Autism and other neurodivergent profiles affect how individuals process information, manage sensory input, and navigate social and performance demands. These differences often become more visible when expectations increase or when systems are not well-matched to how the individual functions.
Therapy focuses on identifying where capacity is being exceeded and adjusting strategies, environments, and expectations to improve functioning across daily contexts.
